At DIRTY BOYS CLUB, every piece is produced with precision and care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds / No Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, except for size exchanges under the following conditions:
- The requested size is still in stock at the time of your exchange request.
- You are responsible for all shipping fees:
- The cost of shipping the item back to us (we will provide a prepaid return label once payment is made).
- The cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
Condition of Returns
All items sent back for size exchange must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In original condition with all tags and packaging
We strictly inspect every returned piece. If an item shows signs of being worn, washed, or used in any way, it will not qualify for exchange. In this case, we will return the same item back to you at your expense.
⚠️ If you plan to request a size exchange, do not wear, wash, or use the item until your exchange is approved.
Lost or Stolen Packages
DIRTY BOYS CLUB is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit. Once the courier has marked your order as delivered, ownership of the package is transferred to you.
- If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Process
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Once approved, you will receive payment instructions for shipping fees and a return label.
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement size if available.
